The Scroll Series
This series of works is an expression of the contrast between nature and industry. How do we balance the two to keep them in harmony?
The inner scroll is painted in ink and metallic paint on rice paper. This represents the natural world. The outer frame is a print of a repetitive pattern made from a small part of one of my drawings. This represents industrial automated manufacturing.
